NEW CLIENTS:
All new clients should arrive 10 minute before their appointment to allow for intake paperwork. Once the paperwork is finished, it will be time to enjoy your treatment! If you wish to fill out necessary paperwork ahead of time, simply let us know and we will email the necessary documents for you to fill out at your convenience.
TREATMENT CANCELLATIONS AND REBOOKING:
Treatments must be canceled or rebooked with a 24-hour notice or else the client will be charged 50% of the booked appointment.
Appointments may be rebooked online, via the phone, or in person.
LATE ARRIVAL OR NO-SHOW POLICY:
If a client arrives within 15 minutes late, the client can still receive treatment, but only in the remaining time allotted or they will need to rebook. After 30 minutes past late arrival, the treatment will be canceled and the client will be charged 100% price of service. If a client no-shows, the client will be charged full price of service. After 3 no-shows, clients will not be permitted to book appointments at Vie Esthetic Studio.
REFUNDS:
All retail product sales and services are final, and we do not offer refunds. Gift certificates are final sale and will not be refunded.
RETAIL ALTERNATIVE:
All opened retail product sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. All unopened retail products may be exchanged for equal value or retail credit, no cash back.
ONLINE PRODUCT ORDERS/ SHIPPING:
All online sales are final and we do not offer returns. We are not responsible for damaged items once they have left our premises. We take care in packaging to avoid damages.
If a product was purchased and we do not have it in stock, you will be refunded as this would be an inventory mistake on our end.
Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure you have received the right product. If there was a mistake, let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate steps to rectify the situation.
GIFT CARDS:
All gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued. Gift certificates can only be used toward full-priced services and products. Gift certificates CAN NOT be purchased with existing gift certificates.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
Gift vouchers have no cash value. They are a bonus or gift from Vie Esthetic Studio. Vouchers are only redeemable toward full price services, can not be redeemed on products, on gift certificates or online. Gift vouchers can not be combined with other offers or promotions. Redeemable at one visit only. One voucher per client per visit. Gift vouchers have expiry dates and will not be extended.
PAYMENTS AND GRATUITIES:
We accept cash, debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are highly appreciated by our staff but in no means are mandatory. The standard gratuity is 20 percent of the price of service.
SPA NOTICES:
Any attempt at theft will be prosecuted and result in being permanently banned from our facilities. Any ill conduct or harassment of staff or fellow patrons will not be tolerated.
RESTRICTIONS:
No harassment of employees of any kind will be tolerated and client will be banned from Vie Esthetic Studio.
Cell phones must be put on silent mode before entering the spa as to not disrupt other clients.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

Peel FAQs
Are peels safe?
Yes. The Image Skin Care Peels are safe, effective, they require minimal downtime and leave minimal redness to the treated areas.
Why is a series of peels important?
If you’re looking to target a specific skin care goal chemical peels should be performed in a series of 4 or 6 treatments.
The number of peels required for you will be determined based on your skin and skin care goals as our approach to peels is customized and tailored to you.
How do I prep my skin before a peel?
A week before:
- discontinue the use of topical prescriptions or any products containing retinol or vitamin A
- avoid waxing, electrolysis, depilatory creams and laser hair removal treatments
- avoid sun exposure
- do not receive Botox or dermal fillers
- hold off on other treatments unless otherwise recommended
The day of:
- discontinue the use of AHA products, BHA products(salycilic acid) and benzoyl peroxide products
-stop using any exfoliating products
- men: do not shave the day of your peel
What do I do after my peel?
- use your post peel kit for 5 to 7 days post peel
- follow product recommendations
- avoid sun exposure
- apply SUNSCREEN daily indoors and outdoors
- did we mention SUNSCREEN?? Seriously though, all day every day!

How do I know which peel is best for me?
We like to take a progressive approach to our peels as opposed to an aggressive approach so we always start off our clients with the Signature Peel which is an enzyme peel. How the skin reacts to this treatment and your skin care goals will determine in which direction we will take your next treatment.
What is a series of peels?
A series of peels is when we cater to a specific skin care concern or goal. A series is usually 4 to 6 treatments done in 2 week increments to speed up the desired results
Are peels safe during pregnancy?
While chemical peels are not recommended during pregnancy and nursing, enzyme peels are perfectly safe.
