This toner is the 2nd step to a perfect cleansing ritual making sure all traces of cleansing milk and makeup are removed so your skin can properly absorb serums and creams that follow.  Gradually reduces the sensitivity of the skin by building up its tolerance.

I thought this was a lotion cream not a liquid. Also the products were only 6 ounce so I was a bit disappointed.
